Can I rent a car with Ring Road Rentals if I’m under 25?
We only accept a minimum age of 25 years old to be eligable to hire with Ring Road Rentals. Our insurance liability is priced for drivers 25 and over only.
What if I need to change my booking?
You can change or cancel your Ring Road Rentals booking by calling 0412 822 852 at least 24 hours prior to your pick up time.
What is the excess amount I would need to pay if I was involved in an accident?
The Standard Damage Liability is $2500 but you can reduce this to $500 by choosing to pay a daily surcharge of $20 per day.
What if I forget to fill the car up with fuel before I return it?
We offer a re-fill service for your convenience. The return fuel level will be calculated at $3.00 per litre. This is the fee to have one of our team members fill it for you.
Can my partner/Mum/BFF drive too?
Yes! You can register an additional driver when you pick up the car.
Can I drop the car off somewhere else?
No, you need to return you Ring Road Rentals car to the location you collected it, to keep Ring Road Rentals rates as cheap as possible.
Can I add a GPS to my Ring Road Rentals car to help me get around?
Yes! For $11 per day you can add a Garmin GPS navigation device to your booking.
