When picking up your rental vehicle from Ring Road Rentals, there are some rental requirements every renter must meet. Below is a brief checklist of pre-requisites you must agree to and inform Ring Road Rentals before arriving.
Renting a commercial vehicle
Drivers Licence - The driver(s) must hold a full Victorian Drivers Licence.
Over 25 Years of Age - We only accept drivers 25 years of age and above.
Security Deposit (or Bond) - The Security Deposit is $200.00 and must be paid with a credit card only. Debit Visa, Debit Mastercard or cash are not accepted.
One Month Minimum (Not Negotiable) - To keep the prices low, we only allow 28 days minimum rentals. The agreed Rental Rate must be paid in full and charges will apply for early termination.
Payment of the Rental Rate - On commencement of your rental, the first 14 days payment and the security deposit is required. Weekly payment plans can be arranged thereafter.

Rental Inclusions
You get a Full Month - Minimum rental period is 28 days so you can plan your work.
Fully Insured - All of our fleet have full comprehensive insurance. Damages are covered in the event of an accident.
24 Hour Breakdown Service - For peace of mind, our breakdown service will come to you. A replacement van may be provided to keep you going.
Includes 1400 Kilometers per week - Anything over is charged at 15 cents per kilometer.
eTags Fitted - You only pay for your toll usage.
Full tank of fuel at pickup - Our vehicles are fueled and ready to go. It is required you refuel before returning.
